Feedback 1: Habits List
Feedback 1 is all about tracking my Habits. I’ve committed to these habits, and this is where I can see my progress on them. You can read more about my thoughts on Habits here.
I score each habit using “(O/A/T)”. The number of time’s I’ve had Opportinities / I’ve Actioned them / and Target times to action them (target will always being 30 for me). For visual impact I’m also going to colour them. Red if I’m behind, Amber if I’m on track, and Green when I’ve completed the target
Habit 0 (30/30/30) Blog on JustBigBoned.com every day.
Habit 1 (16/16/30) Take a different walk through the train station.
Habit 2 (9/9/30) When feeling poorly I deserve as much fruit to eat as I want.
Habit 3 (28/27/30) Pause before eating. Take time and enjoy.
Habit 4 (16/16/30) Always choose one of the top 2 healthiest options.
Habit 5 (12/12/30) Walk a minimum of 30 minutes a day (or 500 steps in bad weather).
Note: Once I’ve reached a target, I’m not going to track using OAT any more, rather just a monthly comment check that I’ve still got the habit.
